Equitable Equations
This YouTube channel is run by Andrew Gard, a professor of mathematics and computer science at Lake Forest College. His earlier videos are mostly not R related, but he has moved into covering a good number of R concepts. His content is a mix between teaching statistics concepts and Tidyverse programming. On the statistics side, he talks about different probability distributions, and uses R as a tool for illustrating the density functions associated with them. He also gives tutorials for basic hypothesis testing in R, including: ANOVA, regression, and t-tests. On the more strictly R programming side, he talks about various Tidyverse packages and functions, as well as very general how to use R tutorials. Subjectively, I would say that Dr. Gard is a very good teacher, and I think he does a good job with the quality of his videos. Additionally, he claims to donate all of his YouTube revenue to various charities, which is currently Chicago Youth Programs. Overall, I highly recommend checking out his YouTube channel if you want to learn basic statistics concepts and/or R.
